Art Policy
...All artwork on this site is copyrighted by ME ! It was drawn by me (heretofore known as Artemis), signed by me, and is being sold by me. Unless other wise stated !!!!!...If you use any of the artwork on this site without my express written permission, it is known as stealing.
...If you remove my site name or my signature from any picture without my express written permission, you are committing fraud.
...It is illegal for you to sell any of my artwork without my knowledge and express written permission, and/or without giving me credit as the artist.
Comissions
...I reserve the right to refuse any picture request without stating my reasons.
...Depending on the image you request, I will give you a estemated amout of time of which I will do the image. I will present you updates of the image as I go along.
...WhenI finish a picture for you of which you requested the original or prints, I will e-mail you regarding the finished project. You have fourteen days [two business weeks] to respond. If I do not hear from you within fourteen days, the request will be considered null, and I will post and sell the picture on my site as I see fit.
...I reserve the right to refuse to sell prints or originals to the requester after completing the artwork if I feel that there is just cause to do so, such as the requestor requesting depictions of characters that are the intellectual properties of another artist.
...When taking a commission the buyer must pay half of what is the expected value of the picture before I start on it. This is called Down payment.
...buyer is expected to pay for supplies.
... When commission is complete buyer will pay the rest of the money. If they don't like it then there is no refunds of down payment. I need something for my effort.
...If you are not descriptive with the picture you request I won't even bother trying to draw it.
Purchase of Prints and Origionals
...While purchasing the original gives you the right to distribute the picture freely, it does not give you the right to sell prints of it. If you wish to sell prints, you must contact me and work out an agreement, possibly involving royalties.
...If you request a picture and pay for the prints, that's also not right. If you read before you will not make prints unless you have written permission. And if you fail to follow rules you will be prosecuted in mean evil ways.
Refund and Insurance
.... I do not accept refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you are worried about having your print or original lost in the mail, then you may pay to have the print sent registered mail and/or with insurance. If you do not wish to pay for the extra shipping costs, then you assume all responsibility for shipping. In other words, I am not responsible for lost prints....I do not collect money until after the original artwork has been done and previewed by the requestor.
