Heise Studios Cosplay a very unique kind of store. I operate in a special way that requires my customers to understand the differences between my service, and a traditional retail store. When ordering from me, you are responsible for understanding all the following information:
1. I do not carry any stock.
All the designs in my store section are meant to reflect designs I have crafted, or suggested designs that I think my customers might be interested in. I do not purchase or import anything on this site. When you order is when I make it, so fabrics and exact construction may vary slightly.
All items are amde when ypou order. Meaning I need time to make it!
2.All orders take 2-4 weeks to ship.
Since I never know when someone will order, I wait until an order is received to start making it. Because of this, all orders take around 2-4 weeks to ship. On occasion, I will receive multiple orders of the same item, and some orders even go out the very next day. I try my best to ad here to the 2-4 week policy, but sometimes things just don't go my way, and your order may be delayed. If you need your order by a specific date, you have to LET ME KNOW. If you need your item sooner, please email me BEFORE you order, in case rush ordering is not available. Just adding a note to your order isn't good enough for a rush order.
3.My return/exchange policy.
My customers very rarely find the need to return their merchandise, but problems can occur. As a matter of practice, I do not accept returns. I do, however, accept exchanges and store credit. This means I will accept your item back, and exchange you for the same item, or another item from our store.
I do not make alterations to store items after purchase, nor do I accept exchanges if you order the wrong size. Please measure yourself VERY CAREFULLY and know your own size before you order. You can find a helpful listing of our sizing information hon teh measure yourself section. If you need to custom order an outfit with special accessories, colors, or styles, please email me BEFOREHAND, or immediately after your order, and I'll be happy to help you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send me an email immediately, so I may assess the situation and set up an exchange with you. All merchandise, whether defective or damaged, must be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that all returns or exchanges will be accepted only at my discretion, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days, or for any reasons not listed above.
4.shipping methods.
All items are shipped within 24 hours of recived payment !!! =^.^= ! Please expect 2-3 weeks for item to be recived even world wide. Express shipping is ava only when specified in yur e-mail. Please when you recive yur package let me know when you get it!
5.Payment I accept.
I only accept money orders and Pal Pal !! I prefer pay pal. If I can get access to you in person then no shipping will be charged of course and we can pay in cash. I accept no checks !!
